A Message from Tractor Supply
How we’re proactively supporting our Customers, our Team Members, and our communities amid COVID-19
During the COVID-19 outbreak, we want to assure you, our Neighbors and Customers, that we are here for you. As the Coronavirus crisis continues to evolve every day, we know that your needs to care for your families, animals, pets, and property do not stop. As an essential needs-based retailer, Tractor Supply is committed to keeping our stores open to provide you the supplies, feed, food, and tools you depend on.

The health and safety of our Customers and Team Members is our No. 1 priority. That is why we are taking key proactive measures:

  • We have adjusted our store hours to allow for extra cleanings and to keep our stores well-stocked to meet your needs. Until further notice, Tractor Supply store hours are 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday.
  • To ensure we can continue to provide legendary customer service and promote safety in stores, we have added Team Member hours and launched a hiring initiative to bring in 5,000 additional Team Members.
  • We have added a dedicated greeter at every store location to drive awareness of social distancing, monitor the number of customers in store and provide additional cleaning of key items like carts and registers.
  • Our stores are observing best practices in social distancing, including marking floors and adding signage to help customers and Team Members maintain safe distances.
  • We have increased our inventory supply for essential products such as livestock feed, equine feed, pet food and other consumable items.
  • We’re investing in technology through Mobile Point of Sale, and contactless payment options across the entire chain.
  • Same Day and Next Day delivery are now available from all stores.
  • All Tractor Supply stores are offering contactless curbside pickup for Buy Online, Pickup In Store orders with a minimum of two parking spots allocated for these services.
  • Every Wednesday from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m., stores have dedicated an exclusive shopping hour for high-risk customers and seniors 60 and older.

During these unprecedented times, along with continuing to provide you the products you need in a safe environment, we want to continue helping and inspiring you to make the most of life out here. We’re excited to give you new articles and videos sharing ideas and stories in this issue of Out Here.

Instead of our traditional Here & There roundup of events happening around the country, we’re sharing a list of indoor and outdoor projects to consider as you’re staying close to home this month.

As we depend more on social media for connection these days, we took a deep dive into how channels like Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube are bringing farming and rural living to the mainstream, helping people bond over fun ideas, interesting news, hilarious videos, and helpful advice.

For those of you looking to grow your flock this season, it’s a good time to learn more about the differences between and benefits of chicks and pullets.

And of course, no issue of Out Here would be complete without delicious family recipes from our Neighbor’s Club members. To welcome the new warmer season, this issue features spring-inspired dishes for you to try out.

After you’ve had a chance to read through the magazine, reach out and let us know what you think. We love hearing from our readers.
