Lincoln’s Festival on Route 66
Bloomington, Illinois, July 19–21
Travel back in time and watch an 1850s baseball game, a classic car cruise-in, Civil War encampment and battle reenactments, a historic bike show, live music, theatrical and living history performances, and the play “Mr. Lincoln.” At McLean County Museum of History. Admission charged.

46th Annual Hungry Mother Festival
Marion, Virginia, July 19–21
Visit the longest-running festival held in a State Park in Virginia. Vendors will be selling hand-made jewelry, baskets, cloth items, furniture, glass, leather, photography, pottery, and more. At Hungry Mother State Park. Free.

Island Fest 2019
Kelleys Island, Ohio, July 19–21
This annual festival displays the works of local artisans and will feature food and beverage vendors and evening street dance performances. On Saturday, the event kicks off with a parade, followed by live entertainment in the afternoon and fireworks at dusk. To commemorate the 50th anniversary of Woodstock, this year’s theme is “Summer of Love.” At Memorial Park. Free.

27th Annual Grainger County Tomato Festival
Rutledge, Tennessee, July 26–28
